Position Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI development team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field who are passionate about AI/ML and eager to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic industry setting. While experience in software development and engineering, as well as publishing scientific papers, is optional, it is considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside data scientists and other ML engineers to understand requirements and ensure AI/ML models meet high-quality standards.

  • Develop, implement, maintain and own automated testing frameworks for validating AI/ML models.

  • Automate the testing process for AI/ML workflows, including but not limited to data validation, model training, and model performance.

  • Evaluate model performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and fairness of AI/ML models.

  • Collaborate in the design and review of new AI features, providing insights from a testing perspective.

  • Working on customer projects as required, including but not limited to data engineering, model training and evaluation.

  • Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, including ethical AI and responsible AI guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Self-motivated, with a keen interest in staying updated on AI/ML advancements.

Optional but beneficial

  • Experience in software development and engineering.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

  • Published scientific papers in a relevant field.

  • Contributions to open-source projects related to AI/ML.
